To maximize donations to your church, we need your support and endorsement. The congregation must be aware that your church leaders support our program.

If you are not familiar with our operation, we extend an invitation to all leaders in your church to tour our facility and meet our employees.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

At the inception of our program, we will distribute business cards to each and every member of your congregation that will list both your church name and our facility name. This card will also state that every member will receive a FREE oil change with any work done. The member will present this card to our manager when requesting service.

And, very simply, every time a member of your congregation gets repairs done at our center, we will make a donation to your church in the amount of 7% of the total invoice amount. This donation will be made in the member's name.

HOW BIG CAN DONATIONS GET?

Even for the smaller congregations, donations each week can be very sizable depending on the total amount of repairs done. For the larger congregations where membership exceeds 3000, here is an example of what you could realize:

If just 150 of your 3000 members get repairs done in a given week at an average of $200.00 per repair, we will donate 7% of this $30,000.00 total, or $2100.00, to your church for that week.

Multiply the donation amount from the example above by 52 weeks and this puts your yearly donations in excess of $100,000.00 And, over the course of 10 years, at this rate, our donations to you would exceed ONE MILLION DOLLARS!!!

MEMBER AWARENESS OF DONATION PROGRAM

Here are a few ways to inform the members of your congregation of our donation program:

(a) You can make mention at the end of your weekly service.

(b) We can supply you with posters to place within your church.

(c) We can supply you with inserts for your weekly bulletins.

(d) Refer members to our website.

REPAIR PROGRAM FOR CHURCH-OWNED VEHICLES

For participating churches that have been with our program for at least six months, we have a special program for all church-owned vehicles including cars, trucks, vans and busses. Here's how the repair estimates would be structured:

All parts would be billed at our cost -- there would be no markup whatsoever on parts. The labor would be billed at regular rates. And, of course, no sales tax would be included.

This savings on parts, over the course of the year, could save some of the larger churches thousands of dollars on repair bills.

Also, all repairs to church-owned vehicles would be billed on a charge account basis with payment due 30 days from the date of repairs.
